6 Weeks To A Squat PR




The ‘Six weeks to a New Squat PR’ program aims to increase your squat PR at the end of our six week programming cycle. In this program, we will be working off a three day a week protocol for our squat with 48 hours recovery time. Throughout the six-week cycle we will be undulating volume and intensity.
